REPORT

The Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, to which was
referred the bill (S. 4753), to reform leasing, permitting, and judi-
cial review for certain energy and mineral projects, and for other
purposes, having considered the same, reports favorably thereon
with an amendment in the nature of a substitute and recommends
that the bill, as amended, do pass.
The amendment is as follows:
Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following:
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
(a) SHORT TITLE.-This Act may be cited as the Energy Permitting Reform Act
of 2024.
