                       The  Committee   on Veterans'  Affairs, to whom  was  referred the
                     bill (H.R. 1089) to require directors of medical  centers of the De-
                     partment  of Veterans  Affairs to submit  annual  fact sheets to the
                     Secretary of Veterans  Affairs on the  status of such facilities, and
                     for other purposes, having  considered  the same,  reports favorably
                     thereon  with  an  amendment and recommends that the bill as
                     amended  do pass.
