                       The  Committee   on Transportation   and Infrastructure, to whom
                     was referred the bill (H.R. 8995) to require Amtrak   to install baby
                     changing  tables in all ADA-accessible bathrooms   on passenger  rail
                     cars, having considered  the same,  reports favorably thereon  with-
                     out amendment   and  recommends   that the bill do pass.
