                      The  Committee   on Financial Services, to whom   was referred the
                    bill (H.R. 5523) to amend  the Foreign Assistance  Act of 1961 to in-
                    clude  information in the  International Narcotics Control  Strategy
                    Report  on  improvements   by  countries in combating   narcotics-re-
                    lated money   laundering, to require a  report on the consistency of
                    Bank   Secrecy  Act examinations,  and  for other  purposes, having
                    considered  the same, reports favorably thereon with an  amendment
                    and  recommends   that the bill as amended do pass.
