                       Mr. GRAVES  of Missouri, from the Committee   on Transportation
                                 and  Infrastructure, submitted the following

                       The  Committee   on Transportation   and Infrastructure, to whom
                     was  referred the bill (H.R.  1500) to establish  a program   to use
                     anonymized   data from third-party entities to inform infrastructure
                     planning decisions and  to improve  transportation  management ca-
                     pabilities and efficiency on  Federal-aid  highways,  and  for other
                     purposes, having  considered  the  same,  reports favorably  thereon
                     with an  amendment   and  recommends that the bill   as amended   do
                     pass.
