                       Mr. GRAVES   of Missouri, from the Committee   on Transportation
                                 and  Infrastructure, submitted  the following

                       The  Committee   on  Transportation  and  Infrastructure, to  whom
                     was  referred the bill (H.R. 6997) to establish an advisory  group  to
                     encourage  and  foster collaborative  efforts among  individuals  and
                     entities engaged  in  disaster recovery  relating to debris  removal,
                     and  for other purposes, having  considered  the same,  reports favor-
                     ably thereon  without  amendment and recommends that the bill do
                     pass.
