submitted the following
REPORT

The Committee on Education and the Workforce, to whom was
referred the bill (H.R. 7227) to establish the Truth and Healing
Commission on Indian Boarding School Policies in the United
States, and for other purposes, having considered the same, reports
favorably thereon with an amendment and recommends that the
bill as amended do pass.
The amendment is as follows:
Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following:
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
(a) SHORT TITLE.-This Act may be cited as the Truth and Healing Commission
on Indian Boarding School Policies Act of 2024.
