The Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, to whom was
referred the bill (H.R. 4152) to direct the Administrator of the Na-
tional Aeronautics and Space Administration and Secretary of
Commerce to submit to Congress a report on the merits of, and op-
tions for, establishing an institute relating to space resources, and
for other purposes, having considered the same, reports favorably
thereon with an amendment and recommends that the bill as
amended do pass.
