Mr. THOMPSON of Pennsylvania, from the Committee on
Agriculture, submitted the following
REPORT
[To accompany H.R. 4763]
The Committee on Agriculture, to whom was referred the bill
(H.R. 4763) to provide for a system of regulation of digital assets
by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Securities
and Exchange Commission, and for other purposes, having consid-
ered the same, reports favorably thereon with an amendment and
recommends that the bill as amended do pass.
The amendment is as follows:
Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following:
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
(a) SHORT TITLE.-This Act may be cited as the Financial Innovation and Tech-
nology for the 21st Century Act.
