                       The  Committee   on the Judiciary, to whom   was  referred the bill
                     (H.R. 6196)  to amend   the Trademark Act of 1946 to provide for
                     third-party submission  of evidence relating to a trademark  applica-
                     tion, to establish expungement  and ex parte proceedings  relating to
                     the validity of marks, to provide  for a rebuttal presumption  of ir-
                     reparable harm  in certain proceedings, and for other purposes, hav-
                     ing considered  the  same,  report favorably  thereon  with  amend-
                     ments  and recommend   that the bill as amended  do pass.

                        Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following:

                     SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
                     (a) SHORT TITLE.-This Act may be cited as the Trademark Modernization Act
                     of 2020 or the TM Act of 2020.
                     (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.-The table of contents for this Act is as follows:
