The Committee on Natural Resources, to whom was referred the
bill (H.R. 3115) to provide for a land exchange involving Federal
land in the Superior National Forest in Minnesota acquired by the
Secretary of Agriculture through the Weeks Law, and for other
purposes, having considered the same, report favorably thereon
with an amendment and recommend that the bill as amended do
pass.
The amendment is as follows:
Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following:
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
(a) SHORT TITLE.-This Act may be cited as the Superior National Forest Land
Exchange Act of 2017.

summating the NorthMet Land Exchange as specifically set forth in this Act.
