Transfer to this binder relieves your current binders of material superseded by more recent versions of agency orders. Instructions are issued periodically listing the pages con- taining superseded documents to be transferred to this binder from your current Federal Controls binders. A separator tab accompanies each instruction for transfer of pages. These tabs are for placement immediately ahead of the transferred pages, and indicate the respective periods of time covered by the super- seded orders contained in each set of pages directed to be trans- ferred to this binder. The Finding List following this flyleaf covers only material in the Historical Material binders. Master and Supplement Find- ing Lists of current material will be found in the current ring binders. The Finding List of transferred material in this binder is arranged numerically by OPS regulation number, with each superseded version of the particular order, and any amend- ments, being listed. For each such order, a later version is included in the current binders.
