Bogue of Canton, Judge of the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit. Judge Bogue is a 1947 graduate of the South Dakota Law School. He served in World War II and the Korean conflict. He practiced for a time at Parker with his father, Andrew S. Bogue and served as State's Attorney for Turner County. He served on the Cement Plant Commission 1957-58 and from 1961-1966, and resigned as Chairman on September 1, 1966. At the time of his election as Judge he was in partnership with Blaine Rudolph in Canton.
