process is difficult because of varia-

Philadetlpha as rellected in the Asso-
atios's recent bar-wide survey and dis-
cussed the need for a volunteer to take
charge of the effort to increase the
nsumber of female judges ,v the local
lederal bench.

The Association , new leadership team took offsice on Jan. 1. Chaincellor Robert C. Heim (centers. Chancellor-Elect
Deborah R. Willig ilefts and Vice Chancellor Andre L. Dennis will guide the Assoiation through 1991. The officers
greeted hundreds of Association members at the Chancellor's reception on Jan. 10 at the Bellevue.
