sented here. You are earnestly requested to raise any
further points which occur to you.
Chapter 6.
THE TRANSFER OF THE INTEREST OF THE
BENEFICIARY.
1. Section 149. RESTRAINT ON ALIENATION OF IN-
COME AND PRINCIPAL.
Should there be a distinction between the rule with
reference to restraints on alienation of income and
that with reference to restraints on alienation of prin-
cipal?
2. Section 152. Wnmun  THE SE'TTLOR IS A BENE-
FICIARY.
If a husband by will provides for a spendthrift
trust-in favor of his wife and the provision is in lieu
of the wife's dower or statutory share and she elects
to take under the will, can her interest under the trust
be alienated by her or reached by her creditors?
3. Section 153. PARTICULAR CLASSES OF CLAII-
ANTS.
Are there any other classes of claimants who can
reach the interest of the beneficiary of a spendthrift
trust or a trust for support?
