CONFLICT OF LAWS PROPOSED FINAL DRAFT No. 2
Questions Suggested for Discussion at
Ninth Annual Meeting
May 7-9, 1931
Discussion is not confined to the questions pre-
sented here. You are earnestly requested to raise any
further points which occur to you.
Section 283A. AGGREGATE OF THINGS TIIEMSELVES
AGGREGATES.
Is this sound law?
Section 315. VALIDITY OF TRUST OP MOVABLES CRE-
ATED INTER VIVOs.
This has been considered by Prof. Cavers in an
article in 44 I-arv. Law Rev. 161. His conclusions are
somewhat different from those of the reporter and
should be considered.
Section 317A. RULE AGAINST PERPETUITIES.
Query, is this a sound statement of the rule? For
certain reasons the reporter has become doubtful of it.
Section 318. ADM1NISTIATION AND TRUST OF MOV-
ABLES INTER VIvos,
Section 320. ADMINISTRATION RY A COURT SUPER-
VISED.
How far do these two sections represent the law?
