CLUDED ON MAY 14, 1954, AND ENTERED INTO FORCE ON AU-
GUST 7, 1956 WITH ACCOMPANYING REPORT FROM THE DE-
PARTMENT OF STATE ON THE CONVENTION AND THE HAGUE
PROTOCOL

JANUARY 6, 1999.-Treaty was read the first time, and together with the
accompanying papers, referred to the Committee on Foreign Relations
and ordered to be printed for the use of the Senate.
