THE CONVENTION ON ASSISTANCE IN THE CASE OF A NUCLE-
AR ACCIDENT OR RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY, WITH DECLARA-
TIONS; BOTH ADOPTED IN VIENNA AT A SPECIAL SESSION OF
THE GENERAL CONFERENCE OF THE INTERNATIONAL ATOMIC
ENERGY AGENCY ON SEPTEMBER 26, 1986, AND SIGNED BY THE
UNITED STATES ON THAT DATE

MARCH 23, 1987.--Conventions were read the first time, and together with
the accompanying papers, referred to the Committee on Foreign Rela-
tions and ordered to be printed for the use of the Senate.
