Delta and Northeast have submitted statements indicating their
unequivocal acceptance of the conditions imposed by paragraph 2 of
Order 72-5-73. The license fee required by section 389.25(a)(2) of
the Board's Organization Regulations has been paid. In addition, Delta
and Northeast have made an appropriate showing that all necessary steps
have been completed for the consummation of the merger effective August 1,
1972, and have requested transfer of the certificates of Northeast to
Delta, effective August 1, 1972. It therefore appears that the conditions
attached by the Board to the transfer of Northeast's certificates and other
operating authority to Delta have been met.
