                          WASHINGTON, D. C.

Adopted by the Civil Aeronautics Board
at its office in Washington, D.C.
                    on the 2nd day of June, 1969 P I7 Y

Application of

     INTERSTATE AIRMOTIVE, INC. Docket 20874

for special operating authorization
under section 417 of the Federal
Aviation Act of 1958, as amended.

            ORDER AMENDING SPECIAL OPERATING AUTHORIZATION

By Order 69-5-3, dated May 1, 1969, in Docket 20874, the Board
granted Interstate Airmotive, Inc. (Interstate), a certificated supple-
mental air carrier, a special operating authorization to perform 17
round trips and two one-way individually ticketed flights transporting
fishing parties between various points in Minnesota, Nebraska and
Wisconsin, on the one hand, and Reindeer Lake, Canada, on the other,
during the period June 7 through July 6, 1969.

By application filed May 8, 1969, Interstate seeks an amendment of
Order 69-5-3 to permit it to conduct eight additional round trips and
one one-way trip during the June 7-July 6 period, and to delete one
round trip flight already authorized and scheduled to depart from
Minneapolis on June 23, 1969. A schedule of the proposed additional
flights is shown in Appendix A.

In support of its application, Interstate alleges, inter alia
that Purdue Airlines, Inc. (Purdue), which also was to conduct a
number of flights to Reindeer Lake will not be able to furnish as
many aircraft as originally planned during the month of June, and
that Interstate has been asked to perform these trips instead.

No objections to the grant of this application have been filed.
