U.S.-BENELUX LOW-FARE PROCEEDING Docket 30790

ORDER GRANTING PETITIONS FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE

Petitions for leave to intervene in the above-entitled pro-
ceeding have been filed by the Association of Flight Attendants and
the Air Line Pilots Association, International.

Pursuant to authority delegated by the Board in the Board's
Regulations, 14 CFR 385.11, it is found that the petitioners have
a sufficient interest in the subject matter of the proceeding which
may not be adequately represented by existing parties and that the
granting of the petitions will not unduly broaden the issues or
delay the proceeding.

     ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

The petition for leave to intervene of the Association of Flight
Attendants and the Air Line Pilots Association, International are
hereby granted.

Persons entitled to petition the Board for review of this order
pursuant to the Board's Regulations, 14 CFR 385.50, may file such
petitions within ten days after the date of service of this order.

This order shall be effective and become the action of the
Civil Aeronautics Board upon expiration of the above period unless
before that date a petition for review thereof is filed or the
Board gives notice that it will review this order on its own motion.
