                ORDER REISSUING CERTIFICATE

     By Order 78-7-90 in Dockets 31436 and 31437, the Board issued a

attached to this order. l/

section 385.21, and finding that-this action is governed by Board
precedent and policy,

     IT IS ORDERED THAT:

     1. An amended certificate of public convenience and necessity
for Route 98 be issued to Southern Airways, Inc. in the form attached;

     2. This certificate shall be signed on behalf of the Board by
its Secretary, shall have the seal of the Board affixed and shall be
effective on August 1, 1978.

under the Board's Regulations, 14 C.F.R. 385.50, may file their
petitions within ten days after the date of service of this order.
