                          UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
                          CIVIL AERONAUTICS BOARD
                             WASHINGTON, D. C.

                               -March 1, 1978

Revocation of the Operating Authorization of

     DCI INTERNATIONAL

under Part 296 of the Board's Economic
Regulations
                                                         SERVED MAR 2 197B

                            ORDER OF REVOCATION

International Air Freight Forwarder Operating Authorization No. 326
has been issued to DCI International effective July 15, 1966.

The Board has been advised that upon completion of the acquisition
of control of DCI by Intercontinental Forwarders, Inc., approved by Order
77-12-3, the operating authorization previously issued to DCI would be
tendered to the Board for cancellation. That acquisition has now been
completed.

Section 296.63 of the Board's Economic Regulations provides that an
operating authorization shall be revoked without prejudice to a subsequent
application for new authority upon the filing of written notice with the
Board indicating the discontinuance of air freight forwarding activities,
together with the tender of the operating authorization for cancellation.
Pursuant to authority delegated by the Board in the Board's Regulations,
14 CFR 385.13, it is found that the international operating authorization
held by DCI International should be revoked. All rights thereunder to
engage in international air freight forwarding operations are terminated.

     ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

International Air Freight Forwarder Operating Authorization No. 326
be revoked and cancelled.

Persons entitled to petition the Board for review of this order
pursuant to the Board's Regulations, 14 CFR 385.50, may file such petitions
within 10 days of the date of service of this order.
