Agreement adopted by Traffic
Conference 2 of the International Docket 26494
Air Transport Association relating Agreement C.A.B. 25502
to passenger fares

                                         ORDER

An agreement has been filed with the Board pursuant to section 412(a)
of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 (the Act) and Part 261 of the Board's
Economic Regulations between various air carriers, foreign air carriers,
and other carriers embodied in the resolutions of Traffic Conference 2 of
the International Air Transport Association (IATA). The agreement was
adopted at the 61st Meeting of Traffic Conference 2 held in Geneva during
September 1975.

The agreement would introduce new individual excursion fares between
Brussels and Paris. Since the agreement involves fares which are not
combinable with fares to/from U.S. points and hence have no application in
air transportation as defined by the Act, the Board will disclaim juris-
diction.

Pursuant to authority duly delegated by the Board in the Board's
Regulations, 14 CFR 385.14, it is not found that Agreement C.A.B. 25502
affects air transportation within the meaning of the Act.

     Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

Jurisdiction is disclaimed with respect to Agreement C.A.B. 25502.

Persons entitled to petition the Board for review of this order, pur-
suant to the Board's Regulations, 14 CFR 385.50, may file such petitions
within ten days after the date of service of this order.

This order shall be effective and become the action of the Civil
Aeronautics Board upon expiration of the above period, unless within such
