 Fitness Determination of

   CONNECTAIR AIRLINES, INC.

 as a commuter air carrier under
 section 419(c)(2) of the Federal
 Aviation Act of 1958, as amended



                                   FINAL ORDER


      By Order 83-12-62, adopted December 12, 1983, we directed all
 interested persons to show cause why we should not make final our  tentative
 findings and conclusion that Connectair Airlines, Inc. is fit, willing,  and
 able to provide service as a commuter air carrier.  Interested  persons were
 given 15 days to file objections.

     No  objections to Order 83-12-62   have been received.

     ACCORDINGLY,

     1.  We  find that Connectair Airlines, Inc. is fit, willing,  and able under
section 419(c)(2) of the  Federal Aviation Act to provide scheduled  passenger
service as a commuter  air carrier, and that its aircraft comply with  applicable
safety standards;  1J and

     2.  We will serve a  copy of this order on the persons listed  in Attachment
A to this order.

1/  Operations by Connectair Airlines,  Inc. are, of course, contingent  upon the
carrier's continuing to meet the  registration and insurance requirements  of the
Board's regulations (contained  in Parts 205 and 298) and maintaining the
appropriate operating authorization from  the FAA.
