GRANTS ANTITRUST IMMUNITY TO
THE IATA AGREEMENT, SUBJECT,
WHERE APPLICABLE, TO CONDITIONS
PREVIOUSLY IMPOSED WHICH:
Establishes all cargo rates, add-ons and related
charges (including minimum charges) for
transportation from Bangladesh in terms of U.S.
dollars.

THE DEPARTMENT APPROVES AND
GRANTS ANTITRUST IMMUNITY TO
THE IATA AGREEMENT, SUBJECT,
WHERE APPLICABLE, TO CONDITIONS
PREVIOUSLY IMPOSED WHICH:
Revises procedures governing the rounding-off
of passenger fares and related charges expressed
in terms of the Hungarian Forint as a
consequence of that currency's depreciation.
