APPLICATION OF SHOW LOW,
ARIZONA FOR DESIGNATION AS AN
ELIGIBLE POINT UNDER 49 U.S.C.
41736(a):
The Department designates Show Low.
Arizona, as a community eligible to receive
subsidized small community air service under
49 U.S.C. 41736(a). and selects Express Air.
Inc., dlb/a Sunrise Airlines (Sunrise Airlines),
to provide subsidized air service at the point
for a two-year period beginning on June 1,
1999, and ending on May 31, 2001.

FRONTIER AIRLINES, INC.
VIOLATIONS OF 49 U.S.C. 41712 AND
14 CFR PART 399:
The Department approves this settlement and
provisions of this order as being in the public
interest and finds that: (1) Frontier Airlines
has violated 14 CFR 399.84 by publishing
deceptive advertisements that failed to
comply with the Department's full-fare
advertising requirements. (2) By engaging in
the conduct and violations described. Frontier
has also violated 49 U.S.C. 41712. Therefore,
Frontier. and all other entities owned or
controlled by or under common ownership
with Frontier, and their successors and
assignees. are ordered to cease and desist
from violations of 49 U.S.C. 41712 and 14
CFR 399.84; and is assessed S18,000 in
compromise of civil penalties that might
otherwise be assessed for the violations.
