The Department approves and grants antitrust  10-29-98
immunity to the IATA Agreement, subject,
where applicable, to conditions previously
imposed which increases all passenger fares
and cargo rates, except for add-on fares and
related charges from Botswana to points in
Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australasia and
the Pacific Islands be twelve percent; and to
points in the Western Hemisphere and Europe
by fifteen percent to offset the continued
depreciation of the national currency.

where applicable, to conditions previously
imposed which increases general and specific
cargo rates (except for add-on rates) from
Hungary to points throughout the world,
including U.S. points, by ten percent to help
offset the devaluation of the Hungarian forint.
