Ltd., to provide subsidized essential air
service at Alpena and Sault Ste. Marie,
Michigan for a two-year period beginning
December 16, 1996 through December 28,

The Department approves and grants antitrust
immunity to the IATA Agreement, subject,
where applicable, to conditions previously
imposed which revises seasonal definitions as
well as stopover, transfer, ticketing and
maximum stay provisions applicable to Group
Inclusive Tour (GIT) fare travel between
