The Department approves and grants antitrust 2-22-96
immunity to the IATA agreements, subject,
where applicable, to conditions previously
imposed in Docket OST-96-1032 cancels a
fare increase intended for effect March 1,
1996, from Canada to the South West Pacific.
The agreement in Docket OST-96-1036
establishes fare levels between Taegu, Korea,
and Osaka, Japan, to reflect new service. The
agreement in Docket OST-96-1054 amends
special fares from Germany, on the one hand,
and Canada and Mexico, on the other. The
agreements do not affect fares to or from any
U.S. points.
