                      WATERVILLE, MAINE:
                      The Department requests carriers interested in
                      providing essential air service at
                      Augusta/Waterville, Maine, as discussed in this
                      order, to file proposals within ten days of the
                      issue date of this order. Proposals must
                      include the data required in Minimum
                      Information to be Supplied with Proposals to
                      Provide'Essential Air Service and 14 CFR
                      204.4 of the Department's regulations. An
                      original and five copies of the proposals should
                      be sent to EAS and Domestic Issues Division,
                      X-53, Office of Aviation Analysis, Room 6401
                      Department of Transportation, 400 7th Street,
                      S.W., Washington, D.C. 20590, with the title
                      Proposal to Provide Essential Air Service to
                      Augusta/Waterville, Maine Docket 49626;
                      The Department requests that the community
                      and State submit their initial comments to the
                      carder proposals within five days after they
                      receive the proposals. Served 6-29-94
