the IATA agreement in this docket which
rescinds Resolution 019e. This resolution
adopted cargo rate increases for shipments
moving between member states of the
European Community. The increases ranged
between 7 and 15 U.S. cents per kilogram in
local currency, and were to be applied to the
shipment's actual gross weight. Served

SECTION 419 OF THE FEDERAL AVIATION
ACT OF 1958, AS AMENDED:
The Department amends the essential air
service determinations for Fairmont, Mankato,
and Worthington, Minnesota, and Brookings,
Huron and Mitchell, South Dakota, to require at
least the service set forth in Appendix C,
attached;
We seieit Great Lakes Aviation, !nc., db/a
United Express/Great Lakes, to provide
essential air service at Fairmont, Mankato and
Worthington, Minnesota, and Brookings, and
Mitchell, South Dakota, as described in
Appendices F and G, for the periods set forth in
Appendices F and G;
