OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO ENGAGE IN
FOREIGN SCHEDULED AIR TRANSPORTATION OF PERSONS,
PROPERTY AND MAIL:
Amending the Terms, Conditions, and Limitations to
delete references to Miami, Florida, to read any
point in the United States. We have attached new pages
to reflect this change in the Terms, Conditions and
Limitations. Served 11-4-93

ESSENTIAL AIR SERVICE AT OTTUMWA, IOWA:
The Department of Transportation sets a temporary
final rate of compensation for Great Lakes Aviation,
Ltd., for the provision of essential air service at
Ottumwa, Iowa, as described in Appendix A, for the
period beginning June 1, 1993, until further Depart-
ment action, to be payable as follows: for each calendar
month in which essential air service is provided, the
amount of compensation shall be subject to the ceiling
per weekday and per weekend as set forth in Appendix A
and shall be determined by multiplying the subsidy-
eligible seat-miles flown during the month by $0.054431;
The rates set in paragraph (1) above are in lieu of,
and not in addition to, the rates of compensation paid
Great Lakes Aviation, Ltd., in accordance with Order
91-8-64, for the provision of essential air service
at Ottumwa. Served 11-1-93

NOTICE OF INTENT OF TRANS STATE AIRLINES, INC.,
d/b/a TRANS WORLD EXPRESS TO TEMIN3ATE SERVICE AT
CAPE GI R ABDE, MISSOURI, UNDER SECTION 419 OF THE
FEDERAL AVIATION ACT OF 1958, AS AMENDED.
The Department prohibits TRANS STATES AIRLINES, dlbla
TRANS WORLD EXPRESS, from suspending service at
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and requires it to maintain
service at the community, as set forth in Appendix E
of Order 93-6-32, for an additional 30-day period,
through November 29, 1993, or until a carrier that is
capable of providing reliable essential air service on
a continuing basis actually begins service, whichever
occurs first. Served     1 i-93
