                            TRANS WORLD EXPRESS, from suspending service at Cape

                            of Order 93-6-32, for an additional 30-day period,
                            through October 29, 1993, or until a carrier that is
                            capable of providing reliable essential air service on
                            a continuing basis actually begins service, whichever
