TO TERMINATE 2-26-93 SERVICE AT TRENTON, NEW JERSEY: The Department sets the final rate of compensation for the provision of essential air service by JET EXPRESS, INC. d/b/a USAIR EXPRESS at Trenton, New Jersey, as described'in Appendix C, for the period January 8, 1993, until further Department action, to be payable as follows: for each calendar month in which essential air service is provided, the amount of com- pensation shall be subject to the ceiling per service day and shall be determined by multiplying the subsidy- eligible available seat-miles flown during the month by $.09523; The total estimated cost of this order for.Trenton, New Jersey, in fiscal year 1993 is $309,403; funds not to exceed this amount are currently available. Subsidy payments under this order for future fiscal years are subject to the availability of funds.
