                             SERVICE AT TRENTON, NEW JERSEY:
                             The Department sets the final rate of compensation
                             for the provision of essential air service by JET
                             EXPRESS, INC. d/b/a USAIR EXPRESS at Trenton, New
                             Jersey, as described'in Appendix C, for the period
                             January 8, 1993, until further Department action, to be
                             payable as follows: for each calendar month in which
                             essential air service is provided, the amount of com-
                             pensation shall be subject to the ceiling per service
                             day and shall be determined by multiplying the subsidy-
                             eligible available seat-miles flown during the month
                             by $.09523;
                             The total estimated cost of this order for.Trenton,
                             New Jersey, in fiscal year 1993 is $309,403; funds
                             not to exceed this amount are currently available.
                             Subsidy payments under this order for future fiscal
                             years are subject to the availability of funds.

                            maintain scheudled air service at Ponce, Puerto Rico,
                            consisting of at least two daily nonstop roundtrips
