ERRATUM:
Correcting the certificate reissued to AMERICAN AIRLINES,
INC., for Route 370 to include segment 2. Replacement
pages of the certificate for Route 370 are attached.

We approve and grant antitrust immunity to the IATA
agreement in this docket which increases fares from
Egypt to points throughout the world, including U.S.
points, by three to five percent to help offset recent
changes in the value of the national currency. Served

agreement in this docket which contains changes to
passenger fares and conditions in the IATA traffic
conference area 2, for the Within Europe sub-area.

ESSENTIAL AIR SERVICE AT TRENTON, NEW JERSEY:
The Department prohibits JET EXPRESS AIRLINES, INC.
d/b/a USAIR EXPRESS, from suspending service at
Trenton, New Jersey, and requires it to maintain
service at the community, as set forth in ordering para-
graph 1 of Order 92-12-9 for an additional 30-day
period, through April 7, 1993, or until a carrier that
is capable of providing reliable essential air service
on a continuing basis actually begins service, whichever
occurs first. Served 3-3-93

ARAM   INTERNATIONAL COURIER VIOLATIONS OF LEBANON
SERVICE RESTRICTIONS:
Based on the above discussion, we approve this
settlement and the provisions of this order as being
in the public interest;
We find that ARAMEX INTERNATIONAL COURIER has violated
the country-specific air transportation restrictions
enforced by the Department, specifically Orders
85-7-45 and 91-3-16, by selling in the United States
document and small parcel delivery service by air
transportation to Lebanon;
