ESSENTIAL AIR SERVICE FOR ENID, OKLAHOMA, JONESBORO,
ARKANSAS, AND BROWNWOOD, TEXAS:
The Department of Transportation sets the final rates
of compensation for EXEC EXPRESS II, d/b/a LONE STAR
AIRLINES for the provision of essential air service
at Jonesboro, Arkansas, Enid and Ponca City, Oklahoma,
and Brownwood, Texas, as described in Appendix B, for
the period beginning September 30, 1992, until further
Department action, to be payable as follows: for each
calendar month in which essential air service is provided,
the amount of compensation shall be subject to the
ceiling per service day set forth in Appendix B and
shall be determined by multiplying the subsidy-eligible
available seat-miles flown during the month by the
following rates:

The Department prohibits E     EXRESS II, d/b/a
LOSE STAR AIRLINES, from suspending service at Jonesboro,
Arkansas, Enid, Oklahoma, and Brownwood, Texas, and
requires it to maintain service at the communities, as
set forth in Appendix E of Order 92-5-55, for an
additional 30-day period, through November 28, 1992,
or until a carrier that is capable of providing
reliable essential air service on a continuing basis
actually begins service, whichever occurs first.

the provisions of sections 401 or 402, and where
necessary section 403, and/or as noted in Appendix B,
other sections of Title IV of the Federal Aviation Act
of 1958; or (2) relief or authorizations provided for
under regulations or orders of the Department, to
perform the operations described in Appendix B.
