The Department prohibits NORTHEAST EXPRESS REGIONAL
AIRLINES, INC., d/b/a NORTHWEST AIRLINK, from suspending
service at Hyannis Massachusetts, and requires it to
maintain service at the community, as set forth in
ordering paragraph 4 of Order 91-10-55 for an additional
30-day period, through February 6, 1992, or until a
carrier that is capable of providing reliable essential
air service on a continuing basis actually begins service,
whichever occurs first. Served 2-5-92

We approve and grant antitrust immunity to the IATA
agreement contained in Docket 47941. The Europe-South
West Pacific Conference, meeting in Geneva on November 11-
15, 1991, agreed to adopt fares for Europe-South West
Pacific service via Trans Siberian routings. The instant
agreement amends the current Trans Siberian routings
to include routings to support those fares. Served

PAR AMERICAN WORLD AIRWAYS, INC. VIOLATIONS OF
ADVERTISING AND CONSUMER NOTICE RULES ENFORCEMENT
PROCEEDING:
Based on the above discussion, this settlement and the
provisions of this order are approved as being in the
public interest;
PAN AMERICAN WORLD AIRWAYS, INC., agrees to present
this agreement to the Bankruptcy Court within 15 days
of the service of this order;
PAN ANERICANWORLD AIRWAYS, INC., has violated 14 CFR
399.88 and Order 88-2-44 by failing to provide adequate
disclosure of code-sharing arrangements to consumers;
PAN AMERICAN WORLD AIRWAYS, INC.. has violated section
411 of the Federal Aviation Act (49 U.S.C. 51381)
and 14 CFR 399.81 by failing to indicate properly
in its advertisements the basis of on-time performance
figures and by making inaccurate on-time performance
comparisons to other carriers;
PAN AMERICAN WORLD AIRWAYS. INC., has violated section
411 of the Act (49 U.S.C. 11381), 14 CFR 399.84, and
Order 89-2-45 by not including the amount of hotel
taxes and surcharges in the price of the tickets and
tours listed in its advertisements;
PAN AMERICAN WORLD AIRWAYS, INC., is ordered to cease
and desist from the activities described in paragraphs
3, 4, and 5 above;
