Order 68-11-47

                       UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
                       CIVIL AERONAUTICS BOARD
                          WASHINGTON, D. C.

                  Issued under delegated authority
                          November 8, 1968

Application of

     CONTINENTAL TRAVEL, INC.
              and , IT 68-29
     UNIVERSAL AIRLINES., INC.

for a statement of authorization for
inclusive tour charters.

               ORDER AMENDING STATEMENT OF AUTHORIZATION

On September 27, 1968, by Order 68-9-134, a statement of authorization
was issued to Continental Travel, Inc. (Continental) to perform certain
inclusive tours pursuant to Part 378 of the Board's Special Regulations.

By letter received October 28, 1968, Continental and Universal
Airlines, Inc. request that this authorization be amended so as to
allow departures from any point within the 48 contiguous states east
of 1060 degrees west longitude.

In support of this request it is alleged, inter alia, that at least
eight changes of points are currently contemplated with more likely to
occur later; that the grant of area authority will reduce the workload
of the tour operator and the Board; and that the tour price of $595 will
conform to the 110 percent requirement from any point in the requested
area.

No objections to this request have been received.

Pursuant to authority delegated by the Board in the Board's
Regulations, 14 CFR 385, it has been decided to amend the authorization
to the extent requested. The tours as amended would continue to
conform to Part 378.
