Under delegated authority, approves IATA agreement
CAB 18087 relating to fare matters°

Denies application of North Central Airlines for change
in service pattern to overfly Land O'Lakes, Wis., after
the provision of one round trip daily on route 86,

Under delegated authority, fixes final service mail rates
(E-23858) to be paid Southeast Airlines and American Air
Taxi between Miami and Key West, Flat, and between Key
West and Marathon and Miami and Marathon, Fla

Under delegated authority, authorizes Frontier Airlines
to overfly Glendive and Sidney, Mont., on segment 7 of
route 73 after it has provided one daily round trip to
these cities, until the airports are capable of accommo-
dating CV-580 aircraft, or until Frontier's existing
subsidy mail rate is terminated-

Approves TATA agreement CAB 18934, R-1 through R-7,
relating to specific commodity rates; orders publication
of this order in the Federal Register.

Under delegated authority, Allegheny Airlines authorized
to temporarily suspend service at Wheeling, W.Va., until
further order of the Board.

In Central Airlines, Route 81 Investigation orders that
any award in this proceeding authorizing service between
St. Louis on the one hand and Dallas, San Antonio, and
Houston on the other, shall be subject to a restriction
requiring service to a minimum of one intermediate point
on every flight; otherwise denies petitions for recon-
sideration of order E-23686.

Dismisses complaints of Western Airlines (docket 17419);
United Air Lines (docket 17h20), and Continental Air
Lines (docket 17h51) insofar as they seek suspension,
and consolidate these three dockets into the investiga-
tion (docket 16873) of extension of local standby fares
proposed by Frontier Airlines   Orders publication of
this order in the Federal Register.
