In Coeur D'Alene/Roseburg Service Investigation stays
until further order of the Board the effectiveness of the
Coeur d'Alene portion of the examiner's initial decision;
effectuates as final order of the Board the Roseburg,
Oreg., portion; authorizes filing of briefs by any party
to the proceeding on or before July 1, 1966.

Under delegated authority, approves agreements CAB 75h1-
A115 et al. involving Members of the Air Traffic Confer-
ence of America and various other air carriers, and other
carriers relating to inter-carrier arrangements.

Under delegated authority, approves agreements CAB h164-
A3 et al. involving Pan American World Airways and North-
west Airlines, various other air carriers, and other
carriers relating to inter-carrier arrangements.

Exemption - American Flyers Airline Corp. to perform
one round-trip pro rata charter flight between Detroit
and West End, Bahamas, during June h-7, 1966, for
Nassau Bowling League.

In Northeast-Bahamas Service Case denies petition of
Northwest for reconsideration of order E-23h36; amends
order E-23h36 to prohibit the operation of single-plane
service beyond specified U.S. coterminal points and the
Bahamas. Orders publication of this order in the
Federal Register.
