Competitive Service Investigation issue amended certifi-
cate to Trans World Airlines 2or route 2, to become effec-
tive on date of approval of order E-23230 in Transatlantic
Route Renewal Case (approved by the President on February
11, 1966,)

Supplemental opinion and order in Transatlantic Route
Renewal Case issue amended certificates to Pan American
World Airways for routes 1.32 and 133; to Seaboard World
Airlines for route 119, and to Trans World Airlines for
route l47; authorize interested parties to file briefs
on limited question of the U S. flag carrier that shall
exclusively be authorized to serve Dublin; reopen record
re stated issues; and defer final action re service to
Dublin, and issuesrelating to Pan American's request for
redesignation of separate groups of East Coast and West
Coast terminals on its North Atlantic route as a single
group of coterminals; otherwise terminate investigation,
Approved by the President February 11, 1966

Exemption .- Pan American World Airways to serve San Pedro
Sula in lieu of Tegucigalpa, Honduras, for 90 days. or
until the Tegucigalpa Airport can accommodate B'-727 jet
aircraft.

Exemption -- American Fl ers Airline Corp- to perform two
rcund-trip single entity charter flights between Columbus
and Indianapolis and Toronto. via Detroit, during Feb. 23-
25, 1966. for Massey-Ferguson

Under delegated authority, grants intervention in Reopened
New York-Florida Renewal Case by the Town of Islip, LPI


New York.


Exemption - under delegated authority. American Airlines
to furnish free transportation to a total of 30 travel
agents from Detroit Columbus, Dayton. and Indianapolis
to San Francisco and returning from Los Angeles to
origins, during March 1-5, 1966 for promotional purposes,

Amends order E-23120 so as to extend for an additional 30
days the time for filing of comments re agreements among
the members of IATA pertaining to the establishment and
operation of the Association and its Traffic Conferences..
