Dissent of Chairman Boyd (re order E-21986) in the matter
of application of Allegheny Airlines for approval of
control relationship of International Air Services.

Opinion and order in Reopened Transatlantic Final MailRate
(Trans World Airlines) fix $46,633,000 as final mail pay
for TWA for the period February 5, 1946, through December
31, 1953.

Exemption - Eastern Air Lines to lease certain aircraft
from Pan American-Grace Airways.

Disclaims jurisdiction re a portion and approves other
portions of IATA agreement CAB 18232 relating to fares.

Exemption - under delegated authority, Northeast Airlines
to furnish free air transportation to two groups (60 trave:
agents) between Boston and Miami Beach/Fort Lauderdale
during May 5 to 16, 1965, to promote travel to Florida.

In Local Service Class Subsidy Rate orders refund of
$143,63b for calendar year 1963 by Bonanza Air Lines.

Exemption - Saturn Airways to. perform one round-trip
charter flight between Oakland, Calif., and Tahiti,
French Polynesia, during April 24 - May 4, 1965, for
East Bay Council Telephone Pioneers.

Remands Dallas-Fort Worth Regional Airport Investigation
proceeding to the examiner for assistance to Dallas and
Fort Worth in reaching a definitive agreement re their
airport problems.

Opinion and order in Service to Terre Haute, Indiana
terminate Trans World Airlines' authority to serve Terre
Haute on route 2, and authorize it to suspend service
effective June l4, 1965.

Denies petition of Saturn Airways for reconsideration of
order E-21748 which denied authority to perform passenger
charters to transpacific and Latin American points.

Under delegated authority, approves agreements CAB 5044-
A88 et al. involving Members of the Air Traffic Confer-
ence of America and various other air carriers, and other,
carriers re inter-carrier arrangements.
