Opinion and order in Northeast Airlines Service to Millinocket, Maine, terminate authority of Northeast to serve Millinocket on route 27. Under delegated authority, approves agreement CAB 17689 et al, involving United Air Lines and Transportes Aereos Portugueses, S.A.R.L., various other air carriers, and other carriers relating to inter-carrier arrangements.
