Initial decision of the examiner in Northwest Airlines,
Inc., Service to Baltimore Case, effectuated as final
decision ofthe Board, issues amended certificate to
Northwest for route 3 deleting service to Baltimore.

In Northwest Airlines, Inc., Service to Baltimore Case
denies petition for discretionary review and effectuates
the examiner's initial decision, identified as E-20460,
as the final order of the Board,

Under delegated authority, grants intervention in Trans-
Texas Airways Use It or Lose It Investigation by Delta
Air Lines, Eastern Air Lines, and the cities and Chambers
of Commerce of Dallas, Fort Worth, Midland, and Odessa,
Texas; dismisses petition of city-and Chamber of Commerce
of Brownwood.

Under delegated authority, approves agreements involving
American Airlines and United Motor Freight, various
other air carriers, and other carriers relating to inter-
carrier arrangements.

Grants petition of Eastern Air Lines for discretionary
review and stays until further order of the Board the
initial decision in Delta Air Lines and Pan American
World Airways, Interchange Agreement0

Denies and dismisses petitions for reconsideration of
order E-20017 re applications of Transportes Aereos
Nacionales, S.A. for renewal and amendment of its
permit.

Approves agreement CAB 17577 adopted by Traffic Con-
ference 3 of EATA relating to charges for golfing equip-
ment; orders publication of this order in the Federal
Register.

Exemption - Aspen Airways, an air taxi operator, to use
a large aircraft in scheduled air transportation between
Denver and Aspen, Colo.

Suspends immediately, for 30 days, interim certificate
for supplemental air transportation issued to Standard
Airways; orders publication of this order in the Federal
Register.
