In New England Regional Airport Investigation denies
motion of Laconia for re-intervention in or reopening
and expansion of the proceeding to consider subsidized
service for Laconia on a year-around basis,
In Transatlantic Route Renewal Case withholds specified
portion of testimony of Thomas K. Taylor until further
order of the Board.
In Southwestern Area Local Service Case issues amended
certificate to Braniff Airways for route 9.
Under delegated authority, approves interlocking rela-
tionships hereafter existing by reason of the holding
by Thomas J. Kirkland of certain positions in Pan
American-Grace Airways and its subsidiaries,

Authorizes inauguration of service by Trans-Texas Airways
on or about Oct. 15, 1963, at College Station-Bryan,
Temple, and Waco, Tex., intermediate points on route 82,
Not released during this period.
Exemption - World Airways to provide specified five one-
way aircraft trips from Travis AFB to Kadena AB during
October 1963 for MATS.
Exemption - The Flying Tiger Line to operate two round-
trip charter flights between Boston and Bermuda during
November 1963 for Lub 180, Knights of Columbus.

Under delegated authority, extends through Jan. 30, 1964,
suspension period (E-19870) of delayed-release cargo
charter rate from Okinawa to California points proposed
by The Flying Tiger Line.
In Service to Terre Haute, Indiana, orders that order
E-19a96, which granted certain intervention, become
effective as the action of the Board on Oct. 169 1963.
Institutes investigation of and suspends through Jan, 24,
1964, family fares for services other than first class
proposed by American, Braniff, Continental, Delta, Eastern,
National, Northwest, Trans World and United; orders
certain consolidations, inclusion of first-class family
fares presently offered by the domestic trunkline and
local service carriers, and publication of this order in
the Federal Register,
