Exemption - Capitol Airways to perform one one-way charter
flight from Athens to New York City on Feb. 3, 1963, for
Standhal Navigation Limited.

Dismisses application of Lake Central Airlines for author-
ity to engage in air transportation between Erie and
Pittsburgh.

Under delegated authority, approves agreements CAB 16941
et al. involving Pan American World Airways and The Flying
Tiger Line, various other air carriers, and other carriers
relating to intercarrier arrangements.

Amends exemption authority of The Slick Corporation
(E-18519 and E-19122) and Capitol Airways (E-18519 and
E-18717) to perform, through June 30, 1963, specified
Quicktrans services in Florida at rates no less than 80.7
cents and 65 cents, respectively, per C-46 aircraft statute
mile.

Under delegated authority, denies without prejudice, peti-
tion of city of Hurst, Tex., for leave to intervene in
Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, Regional Airport Investigation.

Under delegated authority, approves interlocking relation-
ships hereafter existing as a result of the holding by
Marion C. Wedge of positions in National Airlines and
Simultrain, Inc.

Denies application of The Flying Tiger Line for exemption
to perform certain overseas and foreign air transportation
for the Department of Defense.

Approves, subject to provision, agreement CAB 16847, R-26
and R-28, adopted by Traffic Conferences of IATA relating
to fare and rate matters.

Under delegated authority, dismisses application of
North Central Airlines and Kenneth B. Willett for approval
of interlocking relationships.

Under delegated authority, exemption permits Pan American
World Airways (subject to conditions of E-15258) to con-
summate a lease agreement for continued use of a Douglas
DC-8 from Jetair, Inc.
