Exemption - United States Overseas Airlines to operate
five round=trip cargo charter flights between New York
and Puerto Rico for Allied Air Freight during the period
Dec0 7 - 15 , 1962.

Exemption - The Flying Tiger Line to conduct one round-
trip flight on or about Dec. b. 1962, from New York for
San Juan. P.Ro, for Franklin Stores of New York°

Under delegated. authority. grants intervention by Wien
Alaska Airlines in the matter of Board proceedings to
determine whether certain authority heretofore granted
to Howard. J. Mays and to William S. Munz should not be
terminated..

Under delegated authority, grants intervention by
American Airlines, Inco9 et al., and AAXICO Airlines,
Hawaiian Airlines, Pacific Air Lines, Pan American-
Grace Airways, Seaboard World Airlines, and World
Airways in the matter of applications of Blatz Air-
lines for supplemental air transportation authority.

Exemption - United States Overseas Airlines to perform
one round-trip passenger flight between Burbank and
Okinawa, via specified intermediate points, on Dec. 11
and lh, 1962.

Grants motion of Bureau Counsel and consolidates for
hearing the investigation (E=18999) of World Airways'
proposed directional charter rates into the proceeding
(E-18138) re lawfulness of certain directional cargo
charter rates of The Slick Corporation and The Flying
Tiger Line.

Under delegated authority, approves agreements CAB
12179, R-11 and R-12, and CAB 2h827, R-1 13 through
R-115, adopted by Traffic Conference 1 and Joint Con-
ference 1-2-3 of TATA relating to specific commodity
rates; orders publication of this order in the Federal
Register.

Dismisses complaints of National Airlines Eastern Air
Lines, and of the hotels, the Miami Beach Resort Hotel
Association, and the Miami Beach Motel Association in
the matter of a New York-Miami group fare proposed by
Northeast Airlines.
