round trip on July 15 and 16, 1962, for MATS.

Institutes investigation of and suspends through
Oct. 16, 1962, reduced charter rates proposed by
Southern Air Transport; orders publication of this
order in the Federal Register.

Exemption - Avalon Air Transport to perform specified
services for L6ckheed through Dec. 31, 1962.

Dismisses complaint of Mary R. McManus against Trans
World Airlines, Eastern Air Lines, and Lake Central
Airlines.

Exemption - Purdue Aeronautics Corporation to perform
two cargo flights per day to Oshawa, Canada, for
General Motors Ltd. from stated points in the United
States, through Aug. 15, 1962.

Under delegated authority, grants intervention in
United Air Lines, Inc., Competitive Service Investiga-
tion by the Port of New York Authority.

Under delegated authority, grants intervention in
California-Nevada Excursion Fares Investigation by
city and Chamber of Commerce of Las Vegas, Nev.

Under delegated authority, approves agreement CAB
12847-Al et al, involving Pan American World Airways
and Royal Air Cambodge, various other air carriers,
and other carriers relating to intercarrier arrange-
ments.

Exemption - National Airlines exempted from specific
reporting requirement set forth in item 9 of appendix A
(revised) to order E-18229.

Institutes investigation of and suspends through
Oct. 17, 1962, a carrier liability rule proposed by
Western Air Lines; orders publication of this order in
Federal Register.

Institutes investigation of reduced freight rates pro-
posed by American Airlines, The Flying Tiger Line,
Trans World Airlines, and United Airlines; consolidates
with The Flying Tiger Line Rate Cases, docket 13203 et
al., and orders publication of this order in Federal
