D. C., for MATS.

Exemption - Slick Airways to perform a one-way charter
flight on or about Oct. 10, 1961, from San Francisco,
Calif., to Manila, P.I., for International Cooperation
Administration.

Approves specified control and interlocking relation-
ships (E-17454) involving Superior Fast Freight d/b/a
Aero-Ex and Superior Fast Drayage d/b/a Superioi' Express

In Reopened Large Irregular Air Carrier Investigation,
upon request of Joseph A. Young, Trustee in 13ank-ruptcy
of Hi~uIAirline,   stays for 90 days from July 26, 1961,
proceeding re qualifications of Miami Airline for
supplemental air service authorization.

Approves agreement CAB 15746 adopted by Traffic Con-
ference 3 of IATA relating to sales agency matters.

Exemption - World Airways to lease one DC-6A aircraft
from Edward J. Daly.

Institutes Service of TWA at Reading and Williamsport
investigation; orders consolidations, interested
parties to show cause why the Board should not make
final its tentative findings and conclusions to delete
these two points from TWA's certificate for route 2,
and orders publication of this order in the Federal
Register.
